Shipping
Free US shipping on orders over $75. Orders ship within 2 business days of order placement, with standard delivery in 10–14 days (longer for remote areas). International delivery is available — rates and times calculated at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 7 days, email us — we'll chase it down.
Returns
If your order isn't a fit, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No restocking fees, no questions asked.
How to return
- Email support@prodeskstand.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return address (and a prepaid label for US orders over $35).
- Pack the items in their original box if possible. Drop off at any carrier.
- Once we receive it, your refund processes within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email a photo to support@prodeskstand.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
